Our Story

Bone & Co. is very much in its infancy, born in 2025 by food-loving, Melbourne couple, Lily and Emmanuel. Lily grew up working in London’s bustling farmers markets, surrounded by passionate producers and fresh, seasonal ingredients. This early connection to real food shaped her love for simple, nourishing cooking. Emmanuel, with years of experience managing cafés in Melbourne, has always understood the power of well-sourced, thoughtfully made food that brings people together.

After traveling across Europe together, exploring local food traditions and slow-living cultures, they became even more inspired by the idea that true wellness starts with what we eat. In a world of fast food and artificial shortcuts, they wanted to create something different - a return to simple, time-honoured nourishment.

That’s why they started Bone & Co. - crafting rich, slow-simmered bone broth using only the finest ingredients. Every batch is made with grass-fed, pasture-raised bones, quality vegetables, and fresh herbs, simmered for hours to extract deep flavour and essential nutrients. It’s the way broth was meant to be.

But this is just the beginning. The couple are committed to continually learning, exploring, and developing new products that support a more natural, balanced way of living.
